Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MyLLMChat ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

MyLLMChat is an on-device AI chat application that runs large language models locally on your device. The App provides:

• Local AI model inference and conversation
• iCloud-based settings sync and device management
• Optional LAN API server for local network access
• Optional third-party AI API integration

3. Device Limitations

• The App limits usage to a maximum of 3 devices per Apple ID
• Device registration is managed through Apple's iCloud service
• Exceeding the device limit will restrict access to certain features (iCloud Sync and LAN Server)
• You can manage your registered devices in the App's Settings

5. Purchases and Premium Features

4.1 Free Trial

The App offers a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all premium features. The trial begins when you activate it and cannot be extended or restarted.

4.2 Premium Features

After the trial period, the following features require a Lifetime Premium purchase:

• iCloud Sync across devices
• LAN API Server
• Device Management
• Document Import for AI-powered Q&A — first 3 documents are free; importing additional documents requires Premium

Core features (local AI inference, conversations, downloaded model management) remain free and fully functional without purchase.

4.3 Payment

• The Lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are determined by Apple and may vary by region
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The content of your conversations with AI models
• Any third-party API keys you configure in the App
• Ensuring your use of the LAN API Server complies with your local network's policies
• Any content generated through the App's AI capabilities

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated by language models and may contain inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content
• The App does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
• You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• Downloaded AI models are subject to their respective licenses (e.g., Llama, Qwen, Gemma community licenses)
• You are responsible for complying with the license terms of any AI models you download and use

8. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: Subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Third-party AI APIs: Subject to their respective terms of service
• AI Model Providers: Subject to their respective model licenses

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Downloaded models will be compatible with your device

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or content
• Device storage consumed by downloaded models
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Interruption of LAN API service

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
